How long will it take my order to ship?

Ground shipping can take anywhere from 2-10 business days based on destination. 

3-day select shipping takes 3 business days.

Next day air takes 1 business day.

Orders received after 11am PST will ship out the following business day.

 

Does Sawtelle Sake ship international?

Not at this time. But we do ship merch to almost all countries!

 

What about international duties and taxes?

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, as customs policies and import duties differ from country to country. Any customs or import duties are charged at the time of import at the destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient, as we do not take responsibility for these costs and do not offer compensation to cover any of these charges.

Does Sawtelle Sake allow for returns or exchanges?
