    Where is my order?

    You can find your tracking information inside of your confirmation email, and if you have trouble finding it feel free to write in and we’ll help you locate it!

     

    How long will it take my order to ship?

    Please allow up to 2-3 weeks from the time you place your order until the time it is shipped.

     

    Does Sawtelle Sake ship international?

    Yes! We ship merch to almost all countries.

     

    Fresh Sake however, is hand delivered by the team to the Los Angeles Area.

     

    What about international duties and taxes?

    Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, as customs policies and import duties differ from country to country. Any customs or import duties are charged at the time of import at the destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient, as we do not take responsibility for these costs and do not offer compensation to cover any of these charges.



    Does Sawtelle Sake allow for returns or exchanges?

    While sales are final, in the event that your item is damaged or incorrect we will absolutely make sure to accommodate returns, exchanges or refunds.

    We’ve worked hard to ensure that all of our brand partners represent our core values and mission statement. As a result, every item we sell is free from predatory labor practices, damaging environmental operations, or anything else that may hurt our community around the globe!
