Los Angeles has been part of sake's American story since the early 1900s, when some of the country's first sake breweries opened here. Through Prohibition, Japanese immigrant communities kept brewing anyway. That history runs deep in this city.
We opened in 2024 in the Historic Fashion District — the first sake brewery in Los Angeles since the 1950s. Everything we make is brewed and packaged here, year-round.
The sake we make today is the same four ingredients brewed here for over a century — rice, water, yeast, and koji. Just done our way.
